All'interno di un resort realizzato in stile tropicale e chiamato Banana Cabana, sono presenti alcuni animali con la pelliccia rasata che indossano solamente biancheria intima. Uno di essi è un cane di nome Howie, il quale gestisce il resort ed in ogni episodio vive delle bizzarre vicende assieme agli altri animali, che lavorano lì alle sue dipendenze.
