Serie animata incentrata sul protagonista delle strisce a fumetti di George Gately, pubblicate anche in Italia su Topolino: il gatto Isidoro. Egli ama alla follia la sua fidanzata, la gattina Sonia, mentre il suo più acerrimo nemico è il cane Spike. Nel corso delle sue avventure, è sempre a capo di qualcuno che lo segue fedelmente: inizialmente il gruppo di Dingbat (le cui avventure senza Isidoro verranno poi trasmesse autonomamente), poi il cane Sansone (le cui avventure senza Isidoro verranno poi trasmesse autonomamente) ed infine gli scatenati ed improbabili Cadillac Cats (le cui avventure senza Isidoro vengono trasmesse nello stesso show), che sono ispirati ai più celebri gatti di Cattanooga e che sono guidati da Riff Raff (un gatto con il cappello molto simile ad Isidoro) e dalla sua fidanzata Cleo. Gli altri componenti del gruppo sono Mungo, Eugenio e Teodoro.
Nonostante i punti in comune con Garfield, i due gatti sono protagonisti di fumetti e cartoni animati assolutamente indipendenti tra loro.
