Il piccolo Mackaroo (soprannominato Mack) è un principe giunto sul nostro pianeta dalla Luna. E' un tipo molto strambo, curioso e logorroico, che vive delle incredibili avventure, collezionando degli oggetti che lui considera molto strani, quando invece gli abitanti della Terra ne fanno uso quotidianamente. Mack porta un cappello magico, che gli serve anche come nascondiglio per ripararsi da occhi indiscreti (in particolare, da quelli di alcuni piccoli diavoli che tentano costantemente di catturarlo).

Questa serie animata, destinata ad un pubblico prescolare, è stata prodotta per far conoscere ai telespettatori le prime cose del mondo in cui vivono; dopo la prima messa in onda su Italia 1 alle 6.30 del mattino nell'estate del 2002, non è più stata replicata.
